Annabel Sloane-Ranger
Educated at Roedean, runs her successful catering business with a couple of school-chums. She is often seen about town with Peter Savoury, another of tonight's winners.

Fay Rocher
Fay Rocher is Swiss, and moved to this country at the age of 21, bringing the tradition of fine chocolate making with her. She also handles the financial affairs of Sweet Sensations.

Sandi Beech
Sandi Beech is the glamorous PR and marketing manager for Sweet Sensations, the chocolate company which she owns jointly with Fay Rocher.

Peter Savoury
Peter Savoury is the owner and manager of The Tipsy Turbot, a fish restaurant which is also known for its fine wines. He enjoys fast cars and living dangerously.
